Also Problem hat sich erledigt. Der Virenscanner war schuld. Er hat den Link als Maleware erkannt.

Visual Update Express Problem [SOLVED]
Hallo Zusammen,
Ich hab ein Problem mit dem Visual Update Express.
Das Programm lädt mir die .exe Datei runter aber es kommt immer die Meldung Update konnte nicht erfolgreich aktualisiert werden.
Ich bitte um eure Hilfe.
