How to fix issue with antivirus?

Hi, I'm here to report a problem about the antivirus flagging my created installer as a virus. I've switched my Windows Defender Antivirus off, but it still won't start.
I even scanned it through virus total, which turned out to show it wasn't a virus.
Any solution is appreciated,
