Hello, I have installed the current version on my Surface Pro and it looks like Insall Forge is not made for high resolution or? Are there any problems with high resolutions?

yes, there are some issues with the builder environment running on systems with high DPI. However, the setups are not affected.

We are trying to find a solution for this.
