Uninstall.exe not working in windows XP

Hello All,
I have created an installer that works well with XP - 10 however the un-installer created Immediately Encounters a problem and needs to close when used on XP.
It works on windows 10 without fail.
Any ideas?
I am using InstallForge 1.4.2.21(x86)
