Like the tittle says, Install Forge is not creating my installer properly, it drops a 646KB exe that won't even run, just stays invisible and consuming 50% of CPU and I must terminate the process via task manager.
And the installer doesn't have the custom icon I placed in the folder (The program never asks me for a custom .ico)
When I create the project, everything is just fine, when it's making the installer it doesn't show any error, the packing process is ok, but the output file is wrong.
Running under Windows XP 32-bit SP3, I tried to make my installer while Panda Antivirus is on and off and still get the same result
What am I doing wrong? Can you post the detailed steps to create my installer?

I managed to create my installer, but had to do it in my other PC with Windows 7 x64.
The folder size is 1,05GB (1.132.642.304 bytes), with 1.529 files and 75 subfolders.

Glad you found a solution. Please note that Windows XP is not officially supported for the Installation Builder Environment (however, the setups should run without any issues).
