Hi,
I want to install our program in our office in the c: path directly. So, <programfiles> won't work. What variable can I use to install my program in the main drive (example, c:) instead of using <ProgramFiles> ?
Thanks.
Installing to C: Path
Hello,
currently, this is not possible since applications are not supposed to be installed into the path C:\. Usually, you should use <ProgramFiles>.
A current workaround is to specify the following path in InstallForge: <ProgramFiles>\..\
This can lead to an undesired behaviour under some circumstances. However, this should only happen rarely. But again: installing applications directly into C:\ is highly discouraged.
