Silent install switches\parameters\arguments?

My package creates fine. How do I install said package silently?
Bump topic. Same question - Looking for an option to run in "silent" or "quiet" mode. Would like to use the install package with a Windows Group Policy software push install. The user will not see the install so no opportunity to answer any install questions.
