ERROR: Could read setup file

Getting this error recently for anything I try to build an install package for. I thought it was the fact I switched over to BoxDrive from BoxSync so the files aren't really 'there' until you access them the first time. I copied the files locally though, move everything to folder that don't need admin rights and still get the same error. Even if I run with admin rights, same error. Any thoughts/ideas on what is going on?

Oddly enough, I re-installed InstallForge over top of itself and it has now decided to work, apparently something missing/borked during the last install. Thanks.
