[SOLVED] Splash screen not working

Hello, it's my first post on this forum
i can't use Splash Screen tool, i can't show image and play audio file it just don't show and play anything
thank you very much in advance, those tools are very important for my work.
(i'm french, my english isn't perfect) :)
