Enhancement: Support of Code Signing Certificate during package creation.

It would be beneficial if the InstallForge tool would include a Code Signing Certificate during package creation in one go.
Currently I follow the documented work method from the following link: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/848 ... on-windows, which is a bit clumsy.

I would propose to bring in the signature part under the [Build] section of InstallForge.

Bringing in certificates via other varieties are also possible.
