Does Installforge choke if a compiling a very large EXE

I first tried Installforge with a very small folder and it worked fine, to just kind learn the ropes. I installed 7za.exe to the BIN folder by the way. Then I tried creating an EXE installer using a folder that contains 15+ GB worth of stuff, and it seems like Installforge just chokes on it, it looks like it's compiling, and the log window says it is, but I can comeback half an hour later, and hour later, and I see no progress whatsoever. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
